— Separating the objects in a file —
Some files will have multiple objects, most slicers know how work with multiple objects. If you are having issues, look for “Split” or “Ungroup” options.

Here are a few options to look into :
– PrusaSlicer is a fantastic slicer for nearly any printer. Right-Click the model and find the “Split → To Objects” menu option.

– Cura is a recommended slicer to choose, but to do some basic model manipulation you will need to install the “Mesh Tools” Extension.

– Microsoft 3D Builder is a fantastic tool for very basic model manipulations.
open the file and use the shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + G to “Ungroup” the objects.

— Print Settings —
For the most part we use the default settings that our printers come with.
Here are a few settings that we like to use to keep our prints lightweight and looking great!:
– Layer Height: 0.2mm (0.15 on smaller prints)
– Perimeters: 3-4
– Infill: 0%
– Brim: 6mm
